Shipping Policy

All orders will be sent out second class unless first class is selected at checkout.

Each piece is handmade to order so it may take a few days to make your item(s) depending on how busy we are. If it will take longer than a week to make them then we will send you a message to let you know.

If you are in a hurry to receive your order please let us know and we will see what we can do.

Giftwrapping

Giftwrapping and personalised messages are available free of charge, just send us a message. We have handmade miniature birthday cards which can have a note added to them and then sent with your order.

Returns & Exchanges

​

Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. 

​

If there is a fault with your item please return it and we will fix it for you free of charge. If you lose an earring just send us a message and we will re-make the pair for you, however, this is not always possible as all of the beads and threads are limited. If it is not possible to repair your piece then we will give you a voucher towards another.
