Customer Care

We want to make sure that you are always happy with your purchase! We operate a return and repair service so that if your jewellery breaks we will fix them for you free of charge and send them back to you. Just sent a message with a picture of your broken piece.

Stockists

Would you like to stock our jewellery or tote bags at your shop? We are always looking for new stockists. Please fill in the contact form and one of our team will get back to you with wholesale details.

 

Influencers

We are open to working with small, sustainable influencers. Please send us a message for more information on what we can offer.

Brands

We love doing collaborations with other small brands that share our values. Please send us a message if you are keen to work with us.

Ambassadors

Applications for our ambassador scheme 20/21 has closed. However, we did not feel that our initial team was as diverse as we had hoped for. We have therefore opened up more spaces for black people, people of colour, trans people and people with disabilities. This will be an ongoing process until we feel that the team is more representative.
